Yoga is the combination of Exercise + Meditation to remove our stress. While doing yoga one should be follow proper posture while doing the exercises. One should cross the legs and palms should be straight called as Mudraasan, eyes should be closed and mind should be relaxed. One should take a deep breath and hold for a minute and then exhale the air. - Aroma Therapy
It is a therapy which are used by plant based essential oils that gives strong pleasant aroma. It helps in promoting your relaxation level, sense of well being and healing your body. In this we use Luke warm water bath along with aromatic oils. - Music
Music is a very good exercise to keep your mind calm and relaxed. If you sit back or lie-down while closing your eyes and listening to the very soothing music or any instrumental for 15-30mins, you will feel your mind and body relaxed. - Hot Drinks
Caffein acts as stress buster. During morning time, we usually take a cup of tea or coffee to relax our mind. One should also add green tea to increase your immunity and it helps in reducing your stress. - Minimize Screen time
Since the technology is getting evolved and affordable, every alternate people is having smartphones, computers or tablet, using them too often may increase your stress levels. It will impact in your sleep and hence lead to stress.
