How to hydrate and use skin care products

Now a days, due to busy lifestyle people are not focusing on their skin and not taking adequate amount of water in a day which leads to dullness in the skin and it forms pigmentation, pimples, acnes. Find out the best ways to hydrate your skin :

  1. One should take a sleep of 7-8 hours.
  2. Take shower of Luke warm water for 5-10mins.
  3. Drink plenty of water i.e at least 2 Litre in a day.
  4. Limit Caffeine and alcohols.
  5. Avoid smoking.
  6. Switch to gentle cleanser.
  7. Eat a healthy diet that are rich in fatty acid.
  8. Use products such as lipids, fatty acid, ceramides and hyaluronic acid.
  9. Use a hydrating sleep masks.
  10. Protect your skin from cold and sunlight.
  11. Keep moisturize with cream and petroleum jelly.
  12. Try to reduce your stress levels.
